Powder Coating

A type of dry finishing process, powder coating has been a standard in the industrial market for decades. It produces a durable, high-quality finish and can be applied to a wide array of products. These coatings are available in countless colours and textures, and serve as both protection and decoration. We use Dulux powder and Interpon powder colours, treating anything from aluminium extrusions to fabricated steel frames and brackets. Please note that this service is not applied to cars.

Zinc Priming

Zinc chromate is used in spray form to protect zinc-plated metal or aluminium alloys from corrosion. When the surface of the metal gets wet, the primer reacts and creates a barrier that prevents corrosion and rust. This is a highly recommended service for your vulnerable metal products.

Abrasive Blasting

Another useful process for surface restoration and protection, abrasive blasting involves propelling a stream of abrasive material (such as sand) at a surface under high pressure. It’s used to smooth a rough surface (or vice-versa) and remove contaminants like rust. We specialise in sandblasting - covering items including car trailers, motorbikes, and more. You can find more about this on our sandblasting page.

Chromate Pre-treatment

This pre-treatment process essentially readies a metallic surface for further protective or decorative layers, increasing the strength and appearance of the final coating. It’s mostly used on aluminium but can work with some other metals. Again, this is a crucial process for metal preservation.

All of our services are executed with maximum care and attention, and you can expect a 48-hour turnaround on most items.

It doesn't matter if your job is industrial, commercial or domestic, we know you’ll approve of our excellent finishes.
